eclipse
bella would rather go to jacobs house than be babysit by edwards family. they finished talking about the newborns and said that they would go and try and stop the killings and then edward went to drop bella off at home he came inside and bella called her mom and talked to her while edward was playing with bellas hair. then she called jacob and edward continid to play with bellas hair.

Why does she need babysitting? She's certainly old enough to take care of herself, isn't she? How does Jacob fit into the cast of characters?
